Uwisely is an AI-powered education platform that helps users choose what to study (9 categories with 5 courses each), stay engaged and earn official certifications. It gives you an interactive, personalised and adaptive learning experience with AI support at every step. How much does the service cost?

After a 1-day free trial, you will be charged RM 5/ week. The subscription cost is RM 5 per week (automatic renewal).

Who can enjoy the service?

Uwisely is open for all UMobile users that are at least 18 years and above old. The person that owns the SIM card or has expressed authorization from the SIM card’s owner to use it is considered a customer, regardless of the actual user of the phone.

How can I subscribe?

Customers can subscribe to Uwisely through advertising channels via the Internet.

How can I unsubscribe from Uwisely?

If you wish to unsubscribe from Uwisely  you can: 

  1. Visit the website https://uwisely.upp.st and enter your username (the respective mobile number) and password (received via SMS at the moment of subscription), press menu, go to your profile and press unsubscribe. 
  2. Send CANCEL to 68889 (cost : RM 0.15)
  3. Send an email at my.cs@upstreamsystems.com
  4. Via MY UMobile app
